MillerKnoll seeks an experienced operations supervisor to lead a manufacturing department, driving safety, quality and productivity. You will guide continuous improvement efforts, implement Lean practices, and ensure ISO quality plan compliance while coaching a team toward peak performance.

You'll spend significant time on the shop floor, align with production goals, and foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and disciplined problem solving across shifts.

Formación

• Minimum of four years supervisory experience in an operations environment.
• Proven ability to lead with Lean and ISO quality principles.
• Strong communication, coaching and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to develop talent and drive kaizen initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage an assigned department to meet safety, quality, cost and delivery goals.
• Eliminate waste and ensure processes add value to customers.
• Facilitate kaizen events and continuous improvement with shop floor focus.
• Ensure on‑time delivery and adherence to ISO 9000 quality standards.
• Develop staff, set expectations, coach and conduct performance reviews.
