Koch (manufacturing division) seeks a Manufacturing Superintendent to lead day‑to‑day operations in a high‑mix/high‑volume environment. You will drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance while guiding supervisors, technicians, and operators.

You will collaborate across Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain, and Planning to resolve issues and optimize processes. A strong Lean/Six Sigma background and ERP experience are required.

Formación

• 5–10 years of progressive manufacturing experience with 3+ years leading supervisors or large teams.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Experience in high‑volume or high‑mix manufacturing.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily production operations to meet EHS, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost targets.
• Supervise, coach, and develop production supervisors and team leads, building a strong pipeline of leadership talent.
• Drive safety excellence by ensuring adherence to all EHS standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze performance metrics (yield, scrap, throughput, OEE) and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to resolve operational issues and enhance process efficiency.
• Support production planning, scheduling, and capacity management in high‑mix / high‑volume settings.
• Lead and sustain Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives such as 5S, SMED, standard work, and layout optimization.
• Ensure accurate inventory control through cycle counts and reconciliation of variances.
• Maintain production documentation, KPIs, and reports for internal and external audits.
• Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, operational discipline, and continuous learning across all shifts.
