Job summary

Kellanova Toluca Plant is seeking a Line Leader to drive daily operations and align with business priorities. You will lead teams of Team Leaders and Operators, ensuring safety, quality, service, and cost targets while meeting production plans.

You will champion Lean and KWS methodologies, coach leaders, and monitor KPIs such as OEE and downtime. You will collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Logistics to enhance plant performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience leading people and manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of industrial process management, quality systems, food safety, and workplace safety practices.
• Experience implementing process improvement initiatives and lean methodologies.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills; English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned production lines, ensuring resources, people, and processes deliver safety, quality, service, and cost targets.
• Coach and develop Team Leaders and Operators through feedback and capability-building initiatives.
• Drive Lean and KWS execution, autonomous maintenance, DDS routines, and root-cause analysis to implement corrective actions.
• Monitor KPIs like OEE, downtime, waste, and material usage, driving productivity and savings.
