Schneider Electric is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Manager to lead production teams and drive operational excellence. You will oversee manufacturing operations across all shifts and ensure adherence to critical standards and quality metrics.

In this role, you will coordinate production planning, monitor KPIs, and work with maintenance, supply chain, and quality teams to stabilize performance and implement improvements, while guiding teams through lean initiatives and continuous improvement
