Carrier is seeking a Production Supervisor to ensure safe, efficient production aligned with schedules and quality standards. You will monitor KPIs, manage labor and resources, and support payroll for hourly staff.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering, 1–3 years of manufacturing leadership, and strong Lean skills (5S, Kanban, A3). Advanced English is expected in a fast-paced facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Conversational English and ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
• 1–3 years of manufacturing experience with team leadership.
• Knowledge of Lean tools: 5S, Kanban, A3, Poka-Yoke and Andon.

Responsabilités

• Supervise daily production activities to meet schedules and targets.
• Monitor KPIs: FPY, scrap, downtime, productivity and safety; take corrective actions.
• Manage labor and material resources to sustain operations and efficiency.
• Ensure proper staffing and staffing coverage based on skills matrix.
• Lead Tier 1–3 operational meetings and communicate performance results.
