Cordis seeks a Lead, Operations Integration to provide strategic cross-functional leadership across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, SIOP, and Regulatory to ensure products are operationally ready for global launch.

The role focuses on identifying operational risks, aligning cross-functional priorities, and enabling accelerated speed-to-market while maintaining quality and compliance with a five-year horizon in view.

Formación

Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Experience with NPI, commercialization, or Design Transfer in a regulated environment preferred.
ERP/PLM experience required; PMP/Lean Six Sigma preferred.

Responsabilidades

Lead Operations integration activities supporting NPI initiatives and significant product changes.
Serve as the primary Operations representative on cross-functional innovation and commercialization teams.
Ensure Manufacturing, Planning, SIOP, Strategic Sourcing, Distribution, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, and Engineering are engaged at the appropriate phases of development.
Drive cross-functional operational alignment enabling faster, predictable commercialization while maintaining quality and supply continuity.
Identify operational risks early and lead cross-functional mitigation planning.
Partner with Operations leadership to develop scalable manufacturing and supply chain strategies.
Develop and manage comprehensive operational readiness plans from development to commercialization.
Establish and maintain an Operations Integration governance framework.
