Johnson Controls is seeking an experienced NPI Production Planner to coordinate production planning for launches, ensuring capacity, materials, and planning data are ready to support a smooth transition into manufacturing. You will work with Supply Chain, Production, Engineering, Quality, and commercial teams to maintain visibility and protect dates.

Responsibilities include developing weekly production plans for finished goods and subassemblies, balancing demand with capacity, maintaining MPS

Formación

• Industrial Engineering or related degree.
• Minimum 5 years in materials/planning roles; 3+ in scheduling.
• Strong knowledge of Supply Chain, MRP, and MPS.
• Experience with management systems and continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management.
• Conversational English.
• Strong analytical and planning skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and track weekly production plans for finished goods and subassemblies.
• Balance sales orders with capacity to meet ship dates.
• Adjust plans as demand or capacity changes.
• Maintain lead times, order intervals, and lot sizes in MPS.
• Prepare data for MPS meetings and launches.
• Coordinate sales orders for finished goods and components.
• Participate in daily production meetings and Gemba walks.
• Present reports and metrics to management.
• Track the integration of NPI into production; resolve constraints.
• Ensure ISO 9001 quality system compliance.
