OmniOn Power in Matamoros, Tamaulipas, is seeking an NPI Manager to lead the industrialization and introduction of new products into the manufacturing plant. You will own the NPI process from transfer through launch, ensuring on-time delivery, quality, cost, capacity, and performance.

You will lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Operations, Quality, Materials, Supply Chain, Test, Manufacturing Engineering, Finance, and Programs, driving readiness and risk mitigation for a successful

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• MBA, Master’s degree or Project Management certification preferred.
• 5+ years in manufacturing, engineering, NPI, or program management.

Responsabilidades

• NPI Leadership and ownership of new product introduction.
• Product Transfer & Manufacturing Readiness to ensure on-time launches.
• Design for Manufacturing/Assembly/Test and NPI Project Management.
• Prototype & Pilot Builds and Production Ramp-Up.
• Capacity & Manufacturing Readiness, Material Readiness, Quality & Process Validation.
• Manufacturing Cost, Test & Equipment Readiness, Change Management.
