Corning is seeking a Program Manager, Manufacturing & New Product Introduction to lead cross-functional programs that drive manufacturing readiness, capacity expansion, and performance across global sites. You will translate customer and business priorities into focused execution plans.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, business or related technical discipline; advanced degree preferred.
• 8–10 years of experience in manufacturing, manufacturing engineering, technology, product development, operations, or PM/Program management.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects across multiple sites and partners.
• Strong planning, milestone management, risk mitigation, action tracking, and executive communication.
• Experience with new product introduction, manufacturing readiness, quality processes; equipment experience preferred.
• Ability to convert requirements into clear plans, deliverables, and execution priorities.
• Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-functional manufacturing and new product introduction programs focused on quality, flexibility, cycle time, cost, capacity, and delivery performance.
• Coordinate process, equipment, supplier, and manufacturing readiness activities across technology, engineering, operations, global sites, and external partners.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, risk assessments, decision logs, and status reports for stakeholders and senior leaders.
• Partner with commercial, product management, manufacturing, suppliers, equipment vendors, and customers to align requirements and deliver program objectives.
