Formación

• 8+ years in relevant roles with a Bachelor's degree, or 6+ years with a Master's.
• Experience in medical device manufacturing and cross-functional programs.
• Support for NPI, commercialization, or Design Transfer within regulatory constraints.
• ERP/PLM experience required; PMP/Lean Six Sigma preferred.
• Ability to influence across functions without direct authority.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Operations integration activities for NPI and significant product changes.
• Represent Operations on cross-functional innovation and commercialization teams.
• Engage Manufacturing, Planning, SIOP, Sourcing, Distribution, Regulatory, Quality, and Engineering.
• Drive alignment to enable faster, compliant commercialization with quality and supply continuity.
• Identify risks early and lead cross-functional mitigation planning.
• Develop scalable manufacturing and supply chain strategies for commercialization.
