OmniOn Power in Matamoros, Tamaulipas, seeks an New Product Introduction (NPI) Manager to lead industrialization and launch of new products into manufacturing. You will own the NPI process from transfer through production ramp, ensuring on-time, quality, cost and capacity targets.

You will lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Operations, Quality, Materials, Supply Chain, Finance and Program Management, driving manufacturing readiness, risk elimination and successful product launches

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• MBA or PM certification preferred.
• 5+ years in manufacturing, NPI, or program management.
