Johnson Controls is seeking an NPI Production Planner to coordinate production scheduling for launches and new products, ensuring capacity, materials, and planning data are ready for a smooth transition into manufacturing.

You will collaborate with Supply Chain, Production, Engineering, Quality, and commercial teams to develop weekly plans, balance demand with capacity, and prepare MPS data for meetings, while maintaining ISO 9001 standards and safety commitments.

Formación

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in materials; at least 3 years in planning/production scheduling.
• Strong knowledge of Supply Chain, MRP, MPS, and Microsoft Office.
• Conversational English; strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and track weekly production plans for NPI initiatives and finished goods/subassemblies.
• Balance sales order demand with available capacity to meet committed ship dates.
• Analyze, review, and adjust production plans as demand, capacity, or resources change.
• Prepare data for MPS meetings and launch follow-up reviews; coordinate sales orders.
• Participate in daily production meetings and identify risks; track actions and improvements.
