Job summary

Rapido Solutions Group in León, Guanajuato, Mexico is seeking a Pricing & Audit Specialist to consolidate data, evaluate pricing accuracy, and identify savings opportunities for customers and carriers.

The role covers conducting audits, pricing updates, and reporting, with collaboration across teams to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Consolidates and processes customer data into a usable and efficient format
• Evaluates data for accuracy and completeness, applying knowledge of customer or carrier-specific rules for processing
• Identify, submit, track and resolve pricing or service related exceptions
• Determines and escalates discrepancies in the data and potential shortcomings in customer processes
• Internal and external customer and carrier communication as needed
• Interacts professionally with coworkers and carriers to coordinate resolutions
• Weekly, monthly, yearly and ad hoc audit reports
• Executes credit reconciliations and post-audit studies
• Prepares presentations to management discussing audit concerns and actions
• Develops and implements improved audit activities to increase efficiency and accuracy

The purpose of this position is to use independent judgment and discretion to evaluate accuracy andsavings opportunities in pricing and service for customers. Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned by team leads and above.

1. 1. Consolidates and processes customer data into a usable and efficient format
2. 2. Evaluates data for accuracy and completeness, applying knowledge of customer or carrier specific rules for processing.
3. 3. Identify, submit, track and resolve pricing or service related exceptions.

5. 5. Internal and external customer and carrier communication as needed. ie. meetings
6. 6. Interacts professionally and promptly with coworkers and carriers to coordinate resolutions to discrepancies and shortcomings.
7. 7. Weekly, monthly, yearly and ad hoc audit reports.
8. 8. Executes credit reconciliations and post-audit studies.
9. 9. As directed, prepares oral or written presentations to management discussing areas of audit concern, recommending corrective action, and suggesting improvements in operations and/or cost reductions.
10. 10. Develops and implements improved audit activities to increase efficiency and accuracy of analysis.

Specialization:

1. 1. Executes and verifies of all aspects of freight audits and rerates in a timely fashion.
2. 2. Sets up and documents new and updated pricing into manual processes or proprietary systems.
3. 3. Executes and verifies selected service and bill of lading audits as directed by management.
4. 4. Executes corrected invoice research and resolution.
5. 5. Contacts carriers and resolves pricing or service issues.
6. 6. Documents and resolves rating process issues with IT.
