Job summary

Mondelez México seeks a seasoned leader for the Plant Operations role to drive end-to-end Operational Excellence. You will lead TPM programs, coach cross-functional teams, and partner with Manufacturing, Maintenance, Quality, and Supply Chain to embed continuous improvement and deliver sustainable gains in productivity and cost efficiency.

The role demands strong manufacturing leadership, capability building, and stakeholder management across a large FMCG operation.

Qualifications

Proven experience leading or deploying comprehensive Operational Excellence programs (TPM/IWS/WCM)
End-to-end TPM framework knowledge across major pillars
Experience in manufacturing leadership with cross-functional exposure

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the plant’s end-to-end Operational Excellence strategy
Lead TPM program maturity and sustainability across pillars
Identify opportunities to improve performance, eliminate losses, and optimize processes
Partner with Manufacturing, Maintenance, Quality and other functions to embed continuous improvement
Develop capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Establish KPIs and monitor delivery of productivity and cost objectives
Lead and develop a team of direct reports with clear priorities
