Job summary

McCormick & Company is seeking a Continuous Improvement Leader for its Cuautitlán, Mexico site. Lead the CI/TPM function, coach facility leadership, and drive cost reduction, productivity, and process excellence across North American plants. Strong TPM experience and English fluency are essential for this role.

You will manage and develop CI teams, deploy TPM pillars like FI, AM, and SMED, and ensure alignment with site goals while delivering measurable business results.

Qualifications

• Advanced English (spoken and written) required.
• 5+ years of functional/leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Demonstrated TPM implementation experience.
• Understanding of how plant interactions contribute to business.
• Strong communication and diplomacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional team to identify projects for cost reduction, productivity, and process improvement.
• Integrate cost improvement activities into daily work to achieve savings and productivity gains.
• Align OGSM/metrics across functions for coordination.
• Apply TPM tools to build capability and eliminate losses; lead TPM pillar work.
• Share best practices in resources, tools, and expertise for process improvement.
• Create and deliver a comprehensive continuous improvement scorecard.
