Job summary

Essity in Monterrey is seeking an Organization Improvement Manager to strengthen operational excellence by leading capability development, driving TPM initiatives, and supporting the site's continuous improvement journey. You will partner with the Site Director and cross‑functional teams to build a high‑performing organization, develop people, improve processes, and deliver sustainable business results.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
5–7 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, supply chain, or continuous improvement.
Proven experience implementing TPM and Lean Manufacturing.
Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, quality and safety standards.
Experience driving organizational development and change management.
Advanced English communication skills and ability to influence across levels.

Responsibilities

Lead and support the deployment of TPM and continuous improvement initiatives across the site.
Drive capability development strategies to ensure operational excellence and customer expectations are met.
Partner with site leadership to identify capability gaps and implement development plans.
Coach leaders and teams on TPM methodologies and high‑performing work systems.
Monitor progress, audit standards, and drive sustainable improvements.
Support deployment of site strategies and continuous improvement roadmaps.
Lead and develop a team while fostering accountability and collaboration.
