Job summary

Mondelēz México’s Puebla Plant is seeking a high-impact leader to own the end-to-end Operational Excellence agenda. You will drive TPM implementation, lead multi-functional teams, and ensure sustained improvements in productivity, quality and safety while embedding a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Proven experience leading or deploying Operational Excellence programs (TPM/IWS/WCM) in manufacturing.
Experience across TPM pillars and cross-functional leadership.
Proven ability to lead teams and influence stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the plant’s end-to-end Operational Excellence strategy.
Drive TPM adoption across pillars with standards.
Identify opportunities to improve performance and reliability.
Embed continuous improvement with cross-functional teams.
Build capabilities and coach teams in excellence practices.
Establish KPIs and sustain productivity, quality, safety, cost.
Lead and develop direct reports with clear priorities.
