Job summary

Essity Higiene y Salud México, S.A. de C.V. is seeking an Organization Improvement Manager to strengthen operational excellence by leading capability development, TPM initiatives, and the site’s continuous improvement journey.

You will work closely with the Site Director and cross‑functional teams to build a high‑performing organization. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 5–7 years in manufacturing or related fields, with proven TPM and Lean experience and advanced English

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Process/Industrial/Manufacturing/Production preferred).
5–7 years in manufacturing, operations, supply chain or continuous improvement.
Proven TPM experience and other high‑performance work systems such as Lean.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality and safety standards.
Advanced English communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and deploy TPM and continuous improvement initiatives across the site.
Develop capability strategies to achieve operational excellence and customer standards.
Partner with site leadership to identify capability gaps and implement development plans.
Coach leaders on TPM, best practices, and high‑performing work systems.
Monitor progress, audit standards, and drive sustainable improvements.
Support the deployment of site strategies and continuous improvement roadmaps.
Lead and develop a team while fostering accountability and collaboration.
