Job summary

McCormick & Company is seeking a Continuous Improvement Leader for our Cuautitlán, Edo. Mex. site. You will provide strategic leadership for the CI/TPM function, coach managers, drive cost savings, and ensure alignment of TPM strategies across departments to achieve plant goals.

You will manage programs, lead TPM pillar teams, and deliver loss-elimination initiatives while advancing process reliability and productivity improvements in North American plants.

Qualifications

• Technical degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in manufacturing with leadership experience.
• Proven TPM implementation experience.
• Knowledge of how plant systems interact to impact the business.
• Advanced English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead CI/TPM function and coach facility teams.
• Drive cost reduction, cost avoidance, and productivity improvements.
• Align OGSM/metrics across functions for plant-wide coordination.
• Apply TPM tools (FI, AM, EEM) and lead TPM pillar teams.
• Share best practices and deliver a comprehensive CI scorecard.
• Oversee reporting of program results and manage resources.
