Tetra Pak in Mexico is seeking an experienced Senior S&OP Specialist for Capital Equipment. The role balances Demand, Supply, Engineering, and Fulfillment within a Make-to-Order environment, driving scenario-based decisions and improving planning visibility.

You will collaborate across the US, Mexico, production centers, and supplier networks, and may work from Cuautitlán Izcalli or Polanco. The role requires a strong S&OP background, data-driven thinking, and the ability to influence

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years in S&OP or related planning roles in manufacturing.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Strong knowledge of S&OP, demand/supply balancing, capacity planning, and network planning.
• Data-driven decision making with cross-functional influence.
• Experience leading formal S&OP cycles and cross-functional alignment.
• Nice to have exposure to MTO/ETO environments and planning tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the end-to-end S&OP cycle for a complex MTO capital equipment business.
• Align Sales, Operations, Engineering, Procurement, and Suppliers on feasible plans.
• Develop mid- and long-term supply network plans to optimize footprint and capacity.
• Facilitate cross-functional planning forums across multiple regions.
• Lead scenario analysis and trade-off discussions on capacity, lead times, and risks.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive resolution through structured improvement methods.
• Optimize capacity allocation, asset utilization, and resource planning.
• Strengthen S&OP governance, metrics, and performance management.
• Act as a key connector across functions in a global matrix organization.
• Support evolution of S&OP processes and tools to enhance decision quality.
