Formación

• At least 12 years of working experience with 7 years in Lean Six Sigma or related field.
• Degree in Industrial Engineering or related discipline preferred.
• Six Sigma Black Belt certified by recognized organizations (ASQ, SME, Shingo Prize).
• Lean certification and project facilitation experience in a heavily matrixed environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead as Subject Matter Expert in global & regional lean six sigma systems and applications.
• Lead as Subject Matter Expert in lean six sigma principles and practices.
• Communicate to regional teams key lean six sigma metrics.
• Coach, mentor, and train engineers within lean six sigma teams and other engineering groups.
• Ensure standardization of Jabil processes site-wide per global/region/site direction.
• Develop new lean six sigma best practices with data to optimize existing practices.
• Provide remote or direct support for Lean Six Sigma management transitions.
