Jabil is seeking a Lean Six Sigma SME I to support lean initiatives across multiple workcells, driving continuous improvement and value stream transformation. You will coach teams, standardize processes, and align with global Lean objectives while mentoring technicians and engineers in lean practices.

The role emphasizes leadership, training, and data-driven problem solving. Ideal candidates possess a Six Sigma Black Belt, Bronze/Silver certifications, and a track record of improving operations

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in Lean Six Sigma.
• Black belt and Lean certification.
• Bronze or Silver certified by Jabil or industry bodies.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead as Site Subject Matter Expert in global & regional lean six sigma systems and applications.
• Coach, mentor, and train engineers within the lean team and site.
• Sustain Lean culture with Vision and Strategy in Value Stream Alignment.
• Provide coaching on training, project identification and prioritization.
• Drive Kaizen events and Lean initiatives across multiple workcells.
