The Operational Excellence and CI lead reports to the GSBS Head of CI & Opex and works with the Performance & Reporting and Automation teams to deliver continuous improvement initiatives across GSBS.

Formación

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification with a proven track record of delivering CI initiatives in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Experience leading CI/Operational Excellence teams in a Global Business Services or shared services environment.
• Proven experience leading and developing CI professionals, ensuring delivery quality and capability growth.
• Knowledge of DMAIC and VSM to solve operational problems and guide others in their use.
• Commercial awareness with ability to link improvement activity to measurable business outcomes and communicate value.

Responsabilidades

• Managing an assigned portfolio through GSBS business priorities and demand process.
• Strengthening GSBS’s capability to deliver CI and Operational Excellence, applying CI practices within teams.
• Coaching leaders and teams to deliver, ensuring changes are implemented and deliver sustainable value.
• Identifying and prioritising improvement opportunities with data-informed decision making and tracking outcomes.
• Embedding CI and Opex practices across GSBS to drive performance improvements.
