Fever is seeking an Onsite Operations Team Lead in Mexico City to drive efficient, hands‑on execution across complex initiatives. You will coordinate teams and resources, align priorities, and deliver high‑impact results in a fast‑moving environment.

As part of a global, growing company, you will lead an onsite team, collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Originals and other departments, and continuously seek process improvements to scale operations while maintaining high quality and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics or related field.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience (consulting, operations or tech).
• You embrace change and help others adapt in a fast‑growing company.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage teams in a structured way.
• Strong analytical mind.

Responsabilités

• Design and coordinate operational plans ensuring all requirements are covered.
• Lead implementation of initiatives from planning through completion.
• Manage and support an onsite team, keeping alignment and motivation.
• Identify challenges, make decisions, and find practical solutions.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Originals).
• Handle multiple priorities while maintaining high standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and scalability.
