Farahi Law Firm seeks a Medical Billing Negotiation Manager to lead a team of eight, handling provider and insurer negotiations while managing day-to-day operations. The role blends leadership with hands-on negotiation work, driving efficiency and cost reductions for clients.

Requirements include 4+ years in medical billing negotiation, 5+ years in team leadership, and bilingual English/Spanish. Onsite work in Guadalajara is required, with Filevine experience a must.

Formación

• 4+ years of medical billing negotiation experience or related field.
• 5+ years of team-leadership experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (bilingual).
• Working knowledge of Filevine.
• Knowledge of medical liens, Medicare, Medicaid, and ERISA.
• Willing to work onsite in Guadalajara and use Time Doctor.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the medical billing negotiation team (8 members).
• Direct hands-on negotiations with providers and insurers.
• Distribute case load and monitor productivity in Filevine.
• Coordinate with internal teams and finance on distributions.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely case updates.
• Support process improvements and customer service excellence.
