Confidential is seeking a Billing & Invoicing Analyst with advanced English for a hybrid role in Santa María, San Pedro Garza García. The position focuses on billing operations, payment verification, and customer account management within an international healthcare context.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, at least 2 years in billing or AR, and strong English communication.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, or customer service.
• Advanced English level (C1) required; strong verbal and written communication.

Responsabilidades

• Process and manage medical billing and insurance billing transactions.
• Verify payments, collections, reimbursements, and refunds.
• Review and update invoices and customer account information.
• Resolve billing inquiries and provide customer support.
• Follow up on claims, payment discrepancies, and account balances.
• Analyze customer accounts and validate payment records.

Location

Corporate Santa María, San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León, Mexico

(Hybrid position. First month onsite for training.)

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage medical billing and insurance billing transactions.
• Verify payments, collections, reimbursements, and refunds.
• Review and update invoices and customer account information.
• Resolve billing inquiries and provide customer support.
• Follow up on claims, payment discrepancies, and account balances.
• Analyze customer accounts and validate payment records.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams in English.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in billing processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, or customer service.
• Advanced English level (C1) required. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience using billing software or invoice management systems.
