Confidential is seeking a Billing & Invoicing Analyst with advanced English for a hybrid role in the Monterrey area. You will manage medical billing, invoicing, and customer account interactions to ensure accurate payments and compliant processes.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, at least 2 years in billing or AR, fluent English, and experience with billing software. The position offers training, benefits, and growth within a global healthcare organization.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
• At least 2 years experience in billing, invoicing, AR or customer service.
• Advanced English (C1) required with strong communication skills.
• Experience with billing software or invoice management systems.

Responsabilidades

• Process and manage medical and insurance billing transactions.
• Verify payments, collections, reimbursements and refunds.
• Review and update invoices and customer accounts.
• Resolve billing inquiries and provide customer support.
• Follow up on claims, payment discrepancies and balances.
• Analyze accounts and validate payment records.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams in English.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in billing processes.
