Helpware Inc. in Guadalajara is seeking a Customer Service Representative to help patients manage prescriptions, insurance questions, and medication delivery status, onsite. You'll work with patients, pharmacies, insurers, and internal teams to move prescriptions through the process smoothly.

No medical background required; we provide training and guidance to excel in this role. The role offers a monthly salary of 18,000 MXN gross, 8% Savings Fund, $1,000 MXN monthly food vouchers after 2

Formación

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers by phone.
• Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Support patients through phone, email, and text communication
• Review prescription orders and provide clear, accurate information on status, coverage, and next steps
• Proactively contact patients to resolve issues that may delay or prevent order fulfillment
• Partner with pharmacies, insurance providers, and internal teams to ensure prescriptions are processed successfully
• Guide patients through the platform and help them get the most from available services
• Turn complex healthcare, insurance, and prescription processes into simple, easy-to-understand solutions
• Navigate multiple systems and tools to research issues and identify solutions
• Handle difficult conversations with empathy, professionalism, and confidence
• Contribute as a supportive teammate and help create a positive team environment
