Farahi Law Firm is seeking a Medical Billing Negotiator to manage medical costs in personal injury cases. You will negotiate with healthcare providers and insurers to reduce expenses and maximize outcomes for clients, while ensuring accurate documentation and compliance.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish, strong communication, and analytical skills. You will collaborate with the liens team, maintain confidential records, and use Time Doctor to track hours and productivity.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (bilingual preferred).
• Excellent communication skills for negotiations with clients, insurers and providers.
• Strong analytical skills for reviewing bills and negotiating amounts.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities during negotiations.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Willing to work onsite and use Time Doctor to track hours and performance.

Responsabilidades

• Negotiate medical bills by communicating with healthcare providers and insurers to reduce costs.
• Liaise with health insurance providers and verify policies to ensure coverage or reductions.
• Maintain accurate medical billing documents, insurance claims and records for reference.
• Provide exceptional customer service with professionalism, respect, and empathy.
• Collaborate with the liens team and other departments to streamline billing processes and provide case updates.
• Log time and tasks using Time Doctor to ensure productivity tracking and accountability.
• Identify workflow improvements to streamline billing processes.
• Support other firm operations as needed.
