Nextiva Guadalajara is seeking a Customer Billing Specialist to manage invoices, credits, and billing inquiries for internal and external customers. This on-site role supports billing operations and requires strong English language skills.

You will handle payments, process credits, and collaborate with departments. A bachelor’s degree and Excel proficiency are essential, with flexibility to align with US team hours as needed.

Formación

• Experience in customer service roles and call center environment.
• Advanced English (both written and oral).
• Exceptional Excel skills and general computer literacy.
• Basic accounting and bookkeeping background.
• Excellent multitasking and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsabilidades

• Review invoices and create credit memos to customer accounts.
• Assist customers with billing questions and resolve billing issues.
• Issue credits for service/product removals and cancellations.
• Research and respond to customer credit card disputes.
• Maintain detailed logs of customer interactions.
• Answer inbound phone calls and instant messages.
• Support Nextiva’s ticketing system and processes.
