Uber Freight is seeking a dedicated CSS III to be the on-site point of contact at Garcia NL, Monterrey, coordinating between customers, plant operations, CSS, carriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth transportation execution and proactive service delivery. The role emphasizes anticipating risks and resolving operational issues in real time.

• Experience in Customer Service, Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain, or Operations.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable making decisions under pressure.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a plant environment.
• SAP knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor daily transportation and shipment execution at the plant.
• Coordinate with customers, carriers, CSS, and internal teams.
• Proactively identify and resolve operational issues and conflicts.
• Manage appointments, truck arrivals, documentation, and plant requirements.
• Provide clear and timely visibility on shipment status, risks, and corrective actions.
• Take ownership of incidents through resolution and support continuous improvement.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high service levels.
