Uber Freight in Monterrey, Mexico seeks an on-site CSS III to coordinate between customers, plant operations, CSS, carriers, and internal teams, ensuring smooth transportation execution and proactive customer service.

You will monitor daily shipments, manage appointments and documentation, provide timely visibility on status and risks, resolve issues in real time, and maintain strong customer relationships to sustain high service levels.

Formación

• Experience in Customer Service, Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain or Operations.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proactive and able to make decisions under pressure.
• Organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working in a plant environment.
• SAP knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor daily transportation and shipment execution at the plant.
• Coordinate with customers, carriers, CSS, and internal teams.
• Proactively identify and resolve operational issues and conflicts.
• Manage appointments, truck arrivals, documentation, and plant requirements.
• Provide clear and timely visibility on shipment status, risks, and corrective actions.
• Take ownership of incidents through resolution and support continuous improvement.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high service levels.
