Uber Freight is seeking an on-site CSS III to serve as the liaison among customers, plant operations, CSS, carriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth transportation execution. The role emphasizes proactive service and real-time issue resolution at the manufacturing site.

You will monitor shipments, coordinate with customers and carriers, and maintain strong relationships to deliver high service levels. SAP knowledge is preferred.

Formación

• Experience in Customer Service, Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain, or Operations.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and capable of decisions under pressure.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a plant environment.
• SAP knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor daily transportation and shipment execution at the plant.
• Coordinate with customers, carriers, CSS, and internal teams.
• Proactively identify and resolve operational issues and conflicts.
• Manage appointments, truck arrivals, documentation, and plant requirements.
• Provide clear and timely visibility on shipment status, risks, and corrective actions.
• Take ownership of incidents through resolution and support continuous improvement.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high service levels.
