Uber Freight is seeking a CSS III to serve as the on-site point of contact at Garcia NL, coordinating between customers, plant operations, CSS, carriers, and internal teams. The role emphasizes transportation execution, proactive service, risk anticipation, and real-time problem resolution.

You will monitor shipments, manage appointments, and maintain strong customer relationships while ensuring high service levels and continuous improvement in a fast-paced plant environment.

Formación

• Experience in Customer Service, Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain, or Operations.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable making decisions under pressure.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a plant environment.
• SAP knowledge.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor daily transportation and shipment execution at the plant.
• Coordinate with customers, carriers, CSS, and internal teams.
• Proactively identify and resolve operational issues and conflicts.
• Manage appointments, truck arrivals, documentation, and plant requirements.
• Provide clear and timely visibility on shipment status, risks, and corrective actions.
• Take ownership of incidents through resolution and support continuous improvement.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high service levels.
