Sharp Brains Limited in Mexico City is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to provide onsite end-user support, office IT infrastructure assistance, asset management, and project-based technical help. The role involves collaborating with remote teams, internal stakeholders, and third-party vendors to ensure reliable IT operations and timely resolution of issues.

• Experience in onsite or field IT support.
• Proficient across Windows, macOS, Linux and mobile devices.
• Basic networking knowledge (LAN/Wi‑Fi, switches, routers, APs).
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation and customer service.

Responsabilidades

• Provide onsite end-user IT support for desktops, laptops and printers.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and user issues.
• Manage IT equipment provisioning, imaging, deployment and decommissioning.
• Support office network, Wi‑Fi, AV and workplace tech.
• Install and troubleshoot switches, routers and access points.
• Support conference rooms and smart office systems.
• Maintain asset inventory and perform regular audits.
• Coordinate warranty repairs and stock management.
• Assist with office moves and IT deployment projects.
• Provide remote hands support and liaise with vendors.
• Escalate complex issues and document resolutions.
