Job summary

Intuitive Surgical is seeking an HR Partner to work closely with COEs and HR Business Leaders, delivering high-touch HR support to management and employees across the organization. The role emphasizes coaching, policy execution, and scalable HR solutions in a global, matrixed environment.

You will drive talent programs, mentor managers, and partner with People Services to deliver core HR services while upholding confidentiality and ethics across regions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of HR experience in a client-facing role.
• 8+ years in an HR/COE role with cross-functional interventions.
• 5+ years in global distributed work environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or HR-related field desired.
• Proficient in English and Spanish (full professional fluency).

Responsibilities

• Partner with COEs and HRBLs to provide high-touch HR support.
• Support large groups while ensuring appropriate level of support.
• Deliver on cyclical HR processes with People Services.
• Act as liaison between client groups and HR teams to elevate cases.
• Lead delivery of recurring HR services and core processes.
• Coach senior management to drive a high-performance culture.
• Build manager capability through training and facilitation.
• Provide guidance on merit, performance, and talent programs.
• Ensure a consistent employee experience aligned with HR strategy.
