Job summary

Intuitive Surgical is seeking a Digital Employee Experience Analyst to lead the optimization of HR knowledge content and oversee conversational AI self-service tools. You will partner with HR Content Owners and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, localized content for Mexicali and Latin America.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HR, Employee Services, Knowledge Management, or related fields.
• Experience with HR platforms like ServiceNow HRSD, EC Pro, Moveworks, Workday or similar.
• Proficient in HTML and CSS.
• Experience creating, maintaining, or governing employee-facing content.
• Strong written communication and content development skills.
• Ability to analyze data and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a global/multinational environment.
• Experience supporting multilingual or localized content strategies.
• Baseline AI literacy and comfort working with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and optimize employee-facing HR knowledge content.
• Ensure content governance, taxonomy, metadata, and guidelines are followed.
• Conduct content audits for quality, relevance, accuracy, and completeness.
• Support content lifecycle: creation, publishing, updates, retirement.
• Coordinate reviews with HR Content Owners.
• Support content consolidation to a single source of truth for HR information.
• Tag content to support AI retrieval and localization.
