Job summary

Avantor is seeking an HR/Recruiting Support professional to assist the Talent Acquisition team in Mexico City. The role involves posting jobs, engaging candidates, conducting initial phone screenings, and scheduling interviews within a fast-paced environment.

You will also help with onboarding, background checks, and processing new hires in Workday, while maintaining confidentiality and providing timely updates to hiring managers and candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR preferred.
• 2+ years of administrative tasks or customer-facing roles; internship experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year in an HR coordination role; onboarding and background screening experience a plus.
• Experience with Workday and general ATS knowledge.
• Strong communication and organization skills, English fluency required.

Responsibilities

• Post open positions on intranet and external sites.
• Identify and engage candidates for current openings and future pipelines.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule calls/interviews.
• Assist with onboarding, screening requirements, and new hires in Workday.
• Maintain updates to hiring managers and candidates; handle confidential information.
