CTC is seeking an Onboarding Specialist in Monterrey to maintain continuous communication with employees and contractors throughout their lifecycle. The role covers onboarding support, I-9 compliance, timesheet management, and engagement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, people-oriented, and comfortable interfacing daily to ensure compliance, engagement, and retention across assignments.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in onboarding, workforce coordination, staffing operations, HR support, or employee engagement.
• Experience managing employee communications and conducting regular follow-ups.
• Knowledge of onboarding processes, employment documentation, and workforce compliance.
• Experience with HRIS systems such as Workday, ADP, SAP Fieldglass, Paylocity, or similar platforms.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Strong customer service and relationship management abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and contractors after hire.
• Conduct regular follow-ups regarding onboarding, assignment progress, attendance, and overall satisfaction.
• Build strong relationships and provide timely support for questions or concerns.
• Perform scheduled check-ins during the first week, 30 days, and throughout the assignment lifecycle.
• Identify disengagement, attendance concerns, or resignation risks and elevate appropriately.
