Tensec is establishing a cross-border payments operations team in Monterrey, Mexico, seeking an entry-level Operations Associate to support onboarding and daily client interaction. You will work with Customer Care and the Mexico operations group to move clients smoothly through onboarding and to ensure timely transaction follow-ups.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business/finance/related field.
• Fluent in Spanish and English for daily collaboration with global teams.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Solid presentation and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsabilidades

• Support client onboarding from application through activation and documentation.
• Proactively follow up on transactions and ensure timely completion.
• Assist Mexico operations with administrative tasks and SOPs.
• Prepare status updates and simple presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements.
