innteciinnovations is seeking a Payroll Analyst to join our team. You will ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, reviewing time records, calculating deductions, taxes, and benefits, and maintaining payroll records for audits.

The role requires 2–3 years of payroll experience, familiarity with SAP/Workday/ADP, and strong English and Excel skills. On-site work in Mexico with legal benefits as required by law.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• 2-3 years of payroll processing experience.
• Familiarity with SAP, Workday or ADP payroll systems.
• Proficiency in English and MS Excel.
• Knowledge of local labor laws and payroll compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Process and review payroll for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Verify time records and resolve discrepancies before submission.
• Calculate deductions, taxes and benefits accurately.
• Maintain payroll records and audit documentation.
• Stay updated on labor laws and payroll regulations.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance to resolve inquiries.
• Generate payroll reports and assist data analysis.
