VENTES is a fast-growing company in Puebla City, focused on inventory management and acquisition. The Sr BPO Manager will scale operations, optimize processes, and lead cross-functional teams to sustain rapid growth.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, on-site operations management, and performance tracking against KPIs. You will collaborate with leadership, manage remote partners, and uphold compliance while driving efficiency across the business.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Experience managing teams or small businesses with at least 10 employees.
• Preferably in start-up or ecommerce environment.
• Experience working with remote virtual teams preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Define objectives with KPIs and ensure follow-through.
• Improve systems, workflows and processes for scalable growth.
• Lead staff performance and coordinate with remote teams.
• Identify risks and implement mitigations for continuity.
