Job summary

TaskUs seeks a Director of Operations in Puebla to lead multiple campaigns and coordinate with Operations Managers, Team Leaders, and staff. You will focus on client satisfaction and oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and high service quality.

The role requires at least 3+ years at a Director/VP level in BPO, strong communication, organizational and analytical skills, and the ability to travel as needed. TaskUs offers competitive salaries and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in the related field at Director or VP level, preferably in BPO.
• Strong computer skills, especially in using Google Suite applications.
• Proven track record of meeting, delivering and exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must be able to build productive business relationships with clients and have strong organizational, analytical and managerial skills.
• Professional, courteous, and resilient attitude.
• Proven ability to scale operations and experience with employee retention.
• Flexibility to travel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct the activities of a number of campaigns along with Operations Managers, Team Leaders and staff assigned.
• Manage a wide spectrum of responsibilities and multitask with ease and proficiency.
• Maintain an open line of communication between staff and senior management.
• Staff and manage the operations assigned and ensure compliance with policies.
• Assist in crafting operations procedures and guide managers to meet goals.
