Lean Solutions Group is seeking a Vice President of Operations to lead the company’s operational strategy and drive growth across Mexico. You will shape the operating model, scale capabilities, and ensure profitability while delivering exceptional client value.

In this senior role, you’ll own P&L, budgets, and KPIs, build client relationships, and guide cross-functional teams toward strategic objectives and service excellence.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years in senior/director-level leadership roles
• Advanced English proficiency
• Experience leading operational or strategic business units
• Proven P&L, budgets, and financial performance management
• Experience with Transportation Management System (TMS) is a plus
• Strong strategic thinking, leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills

Responsabilidades

• Lead the overall operations strategy and execution, aligned with medium- and long-term business objectives
• Drive operational efficiency, scalability, and continuous improvement
• Identify new opportunities for growth, including new sites, service lines, and operational channels
• Lead and develop high-performing operations teams
• Own P&L, budgets, revenue, profitability, and key operational KPIs
• Build strong relationships with clients and support strategic negotiations around contracts, pricing, and SLAs
• Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making and business growth
