CEVA Logistics in Mexico City seeks an experienced Ocean Operations Team Leader to join our Shared Service Center and lead a team of 10-15 logistics professionals. You will oversee end-to-end Ocean Import & Export operations and monitor KPIs, productivity, and service levels.

You'll resolve escalations, drive customer satisfaction, collaborate with global stakeholders and drive process improvements. The role offers a hybrid work model and international exposure within a leading global logistics

Formación

• 3–5 years of Freight Forwarding experience.
• Strong Ocean Import & Export operational knowledge.
• Conversational to advanced English proficiency.
• Leadership or supervisory experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a team of 10-15 logistics professionals.
• Oversee end-to-end Ocean Import & Export operations.
• Monitor KPIs, productivity, service levels, and operational performance.
• Resolve escalations and drive customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders, carriers, customs brokers, and internal teams.
• Drive process improvements and operational excellence initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and international logistics regulations.
