CEVA Logistics Mexico is seeking an experienced Customer Service Supervisor to lead the Flow and Performance Monitoring team within the Air and Ocean Transverse division. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, driving team performance, and strengthening relationships with internal and external clients.

You will oversee operations, analyze performance data, and implement improvements to ensure accurate documentation, billing, and timely service delivery in a dynamic logistics

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise a team of operators and administrators, manage recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
• Review service documentation, quotations, orders, deliveries, and invoicing for accuracy.
• Analyze customer service operations, identify trends, and present recommendations to management.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal teams and external customers to drive improvements.
• Respond to inquiries on procedures, shipping, invoices, and payments; ensure correct rates are applied.
