CEVA Logistics seeks a Freight Forwarding Operations Specialist to support North American operations from our Shared Service Center in Mexico City. You will manage end-to-end Ocean and Air import/export shipments and coordinate with carriers, customers, and overseas agents.

The role requires 1–3 years in freight forwarding, knowledge of ocean/air import/export, English proficiency, and familiarity with CargoWise or similar systems. Join a global leader and contribute to service excellence.

Formación

• 1-3 years of Freight Forwarding experience.
• Ocean and/or Air Import & Export knowledge.
• Conversational English proficiency.
• Experience using CargoWise or similar logistics systems.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with ownership.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end Ocean and Air Import & Export shipments.
• Coordinate with carriers, airlines, customers, vendors, and overseas agents.
• Monitor shipment milestones and resolve operational issues.
• Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Track KPI performance and service levels.
• Support onboarding and training activities for new team members.
• Drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
