CEVA Logistics in Mexico City is seeking a Billing Team Leader to manage a high-performing Billing team and ensure accurate, timely invoicing across our global network.

You will coach, mentor, and develop staff, monitor KPIs and SLA adherence, and coordinate with local stations, overseas agents, and transportation providers to optimize workflow and service delivery. Fluency in English and strong communication skills are required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Logistics, Transportation, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in Freight Forwarding Air & Ocean Operations.
• 2-3 years of experience in leadership.
• Strong experience managing end-to-end Billing processes.
• Previous experience leading, supervising, or mentoring operational teams.
• Strong understanding of logistics operations and customer service.
• Experience managing escalations and time-sensitive operational issues.
• Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support Billing Executives in daily operations.
• Ensure timely and accurate invoice processing and delivery.
• Monitor KPIs, productivity, and SLA compliance.
• Coordinate activities with local stations, overseas agents, and transportation providers.
• Manage operational escalations, urgent billings, delays, and service failures.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational standards.
• Optimize workload distribution and resource allocation.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members.
• Drive process improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies.
• Promote best practices, accountability, and a culture of continuous learning.
