Formación

• Experience in logistics or customer service environments.
• Ability to supervise team activities and manage training targets (52 hours/year).
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

• Coordinate with vendors and customers to optimize routing and service delivery.
• Lead and develop team members, conduct regular feedback and performance reviews.
