OEC Group, a leading NVOCC freight forwarder, is seeking a Logistics Operations Coordinator in Mexico. Responsibilities include tracking shipments, daily AMS downloads, and precise data entry in CargoWise, with high-volume customer and vendor communication. Strong English and teamwork are essential for success.

The role emphasizes process efficiency, daily reporting, and maintaining vendor relationships to support KPI achievement and overall company goals.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in international business or equivalent.
• Interest in developing a career in logistics.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Good communication skills and a teamwork mindset.
• Advanced English level is a must.

Responsabilidades

• Track, trace, and update shipment status daily.
• Perform AMS Download daily.
• Enter data accurately into CargoWise system.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, OEC offices, and coworkers via high volume of emails and calls.
• Monitor reports to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Bill customers accurately and promptly.
• Provide customer service via email and phone.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors (shipping lines, trucking companies, etc.).
• Meet key performance indicators to support department and company goals.
• Understand and improve operational process flows for efficiency.
• Report workflow progress to Management frequently.

What you’ll be doing:

• Tracking, tracing, and updating the status of shipments on a daily basis.
• Conducting an AMS Download on a daily basis.
• Accurate and timely data entry into our system (CargoWise).
• Effective communication with customers, vendors, other OEC offices, and co-workers through a high volume of e-mails, phone calls, and verbal contact.
• Monitoring of reports.
• Accurate and timely billing to customers.
• Providing customer service via email and telephone correspondence to address customer questions and concerns.
• Maintaining strong and effective relationships with vendors (shipping lines, trucking companies, etc.).
• Meet key performance indicators to support the department, branch, product, and overall company goals.
• Must have the desire to understand the operational process flow and constantly seek improved ways for efficiency.
• Reporting workflow progress to Management frequently.

What We’re Looking For

• You have a bachelor’s degree in international business or equivalent experience(Recent college graduates are more than welcome).
• Strong interest in developing a career in logistics.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Good communication skills and a teamwork mindset.
• Advanced English level is a must.

Work Schedule

7:00 AM to 4:00 PM/8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST, Monday-Friday.
